Power Financial Credit Union, Florida City, FL

I've been with this bank from 1998 the bank has not advanced at all. Imagine I made a simple check deposit of 150.00 and a 5 day hold was placed on it. This bank is not practical for everyday banking.

Monika Kuhn from the Florida City Branch assisted me with my auto loan financing, i worked side by side with her and Auto Source to find the car i desire. i appreciate her professionalism and the way she personally took care of my auto loan application. Fast service and dependable staff. More often than not they will have coffee and cake set up at the front which makes for a less annoying trip to the bank. They have a helpful app available that's really accessible with all your options laid out clearly in front of you. Their hours can be bleh sometimes but it's a bank so what can you expect. Overall as a student account owner it's a great bank to put your finances into.

I'm a small business owner in Florida City and I decided to open an account at Power Financial because being a member of a credit union has its benefits. I had the pleasure of being helped by Vanessa Monkou who was amazing. Everything that could go wrong DID go wrong, but she was patient and friendly and worked diligently to get everything done and submitted as best as she could. Excellent customer service and I'm looking forward to a positive banking experience.

Horrible place to bank with!!! Better off dealing with Chase. I’ve been with them for over 15 years and gave me issues with a check deposit because it was a large amount and assumed I was doing fraud.
