Love this credit Union. Today they had a customer appreciation for customers that bank in the morning. I'm hoping someday they'll have a customer appreciation for customers that Bank in the afternoon.

This is the worst credit union/bank I have ever visited. They engage in questionable practices and unethical behavior. I was approved for a small personal loan online, I included all my information including proof of address. The next day I visit this branch and the credit union demands that I open additional accounts, deposit hundreds of dollars, direct deposit and demands further proof of address. despite my address clearly showing my license.. Ithink Financial is not a transparent or trustworthy credit union. I recommend staying away.

Love this credit union. The employees always greet you with a smile and give top notch service. Great savings ans loan rates. Great place for personal or business financing.

Kristie is amazing!! She was very helpful in a complicated situation and resolutely worked out my problems to solution even though it took a very long time to resolve.
