While looking for a new financial institution, I posted on Facebook looking for recommendations. Several people referred me specifically to the Delaware Avenue iThink branch. Brenda and the rest of the crew have provided the BEST customer service I have ever had at any bank/CU. The entire staff goes out of their way to make every transaction as easy and pleasant as possible. The loan rates are among the best as well. if you are having any thoughts about finding a new CU, I highly recommend iThink!

Not at all happy sat in drive thru no one came to help. Pulled into a parking spot to call and make sure open. Someone answered yes I said ok I will come back. Sat there again a gentleman that works inside Saw me never said anything to anyone so I drove off. Not a good impression for a new customer.
