I stopped by Ace Cash Express today and was met with the most wonderful associate. Not only was Simone helpful with cashing my money order, she was extremely personable and polite. While this was my first time at Ace, Simone treated me as if I was a repeat customer who she had known for years. She answered each of my questions with great proficiency and professionalism and saying she was simply amazing is an understatement. I can not say enough wonderful things about Simone. Ace is truly lucky to have her.

My first time here and I was really frustrated because I had issues with other locations, and even though I was obviously aggravated when I came In Simone who was the lady working at the time met me with her pleasant smile and Great attitude!! If I'd been in her shoes having to deal with a mean customer as I was acting at the time, I don't think I would have been as kind as she was to me. I apologize for my attitude and greatly appreciated her excellent customer service! applaud you Simone for your outstanding service!

What ever yall can do to recognize Simone, do it! Her positivity and high spirit really put a smile on my face especially with the day I have had today.
