Mr. Paul and Ms. Tiffany both are amazing people and the best customer service skills I’ve seen in quite some time. I really appreciate their patience and knowledge while helping get the loan I needed

I just want to give kudos to the staff at Advance America. So often, people only post bad reviews/reviews of bad experiences. Not this time. I want to express my sincere gratitude for Ms. Tiffany at Advance America 3887 for helping me out in deferring my loan so I can take care of other bills in the meantime. The holiday season is stressful enough, for a lot of people just working hard and fighting to keep the roof above their heads or put food on the table, and she was so accommodating and kind enough to call me and defer my loan that she made me cry tears of relief. So thank you, Ms. Tiffany for going above and beyond. :)

Tiffany and Paul were so sweet and nice as soon as I came in. I felt so welcomed I definitely will be back and I recommend this place.
