Akia was most helpful, although I was denied she was able to provide me with other options. She made me feel very comfortable during such a frustrating time. She seems to really care about people genuinely. ALSO THEY HAVE MONEY ORDERS WITH NO FEE...I didn't know that until Akia told me,,, she is an angel!

It has been awhile with having to do any type of loan for financial help. I accidentally skipped a payment and received a call from Akia, and let me just tell you she is certainly an asset to your company, and represents: Respect, Transparency and Confidence. Akia provided me with the channels to take, she took the time to listen to my situation and just went above and beyond. This is the type of Customer Service that needs to be trained in other places. I just wanted to say thank you Akia for everything you done to make me have a better Christmas. Advance America, I will always send family and friends your way!

The manager Stephanie is amazing and the store itself is so helpful and reassuring a place where you can actually trust the service.

Really kind of upset I didn’t do this sooner ! I was hesitant but the Manager Ms l. Stephanie made it so much more simple then I thought it would be and was out in maybe 10 minutes or so !
