Love the service they provide. Getting a loan was quick and easy and available within 24 hours. I was in and out after signing a few things and had DD into my account. Automatic payments are great and there are no early pay/extra payment penalties.

I had a family emergency that I needed funding for and I was so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, and courtesy extended to me in particular by the Sr. Personal Loan Specialist, Mrs. Tobie Robert's. She made the entire loan process painless. I will be referring all my friends/family to OneMain Financial.

Worst Customer Service ever., Specifically Rep named Kace. Manager, Khem Baker, only seemed to condone the behavior. They start "Collecting" if you are only a couple days past your scheduled pay date. calling work numbers, leaving voicemails that are threatening, complete lack of respect. Told me at first that i wasn't allowed to cancel my Auto Drafts, but tried to dance around my Question when i specicially asked about why Auto-Draft is the only method of Payment. Worse service ever.

Not happy, they can give a loan to someone with poor credit and zero collateral, who doesn't make much money an hour yet, me, someone with a higher credit score and has collateral, makes more money an hour can't get a loan. And they can't even explain that to me.

One Main a great company that will help you with your personal loans. At this branch, the personnel were very friendly, very nice office, willing to help. Rebecca was awesome, she helped me with my loan and explained everything to me. She was wonderful.
