Bought a PlayStation from Lisa. When I got home, the controller had issues. She replaced it with no problem. I work as a manager, so seeing her professionalism is a relief.

Great place for really good deals! Have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of some of the jewelry pieces (David Yurman) I’ve been able to find. Lisa and Hunter are always on top of things and are happy to let you know when something specific comes in that you may be looking for or interested in. Much rather do business here than with some of the chains who have no power to negotiate.

I really like this pawn shop. I felt with them in 2015 & 2016. Now 2022.

I really have enjoy using free cash pawn shop for the pass year. Ms. Lisa is very wonderful to deal with. Today I was a disappointed when I found out about the 3% fee to pay with my debit card. 😫 I do not know who the owner is, but you gotta do better. People come to the pawn shop when they're down on your luck. And they need a little help. You need to change that do you gonna lose a lot of good customers.

Best possible place to go for any of your firearm needs they even press holsters and Lisa is the absolute best do not go to any other pawn shop!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
