The bald headed guy with the glasses is a rude Unprofessional........... you ask him a simple question and he gets insanely sarcastic like you should know the answer. He is disrespectful. I had my phone on record when I was speaking to him and he will be reported. He was angry with a customer before me and took it out on me. The way he talk to me was very nasty and it hurt my feelings but I was still kind. And the employee woman was laughing as it was a joke. And I truely believe add unnecessary fees to get more money.

Horrible customer service! I have taken loans out here before with no problem. There is always new staff that can not speak good English. The Staff is not trained on customer service at all. They say they will call you back and dont. I went to my bank simple and easy and cheaper interest rates. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! I will not be back or referring anyone else here EVER AGAIN!

I had to get a loan for an emergency situation and I went to Portside Finance on Beach BL. The team there was great providing great customer service and I got the money I needed the same day. My monthly installments were low and I was able to pay it off. I know if I ever need money I can go there.
