Great service I've been a customer for many years atleast the stores in Kissimmee fl give you great customer service , my only problem is the fee's charged to cash a check are extremely high considering many other options for banking available now , but other then fee's the service is great I've never had any issues in over 10yrs of being a customer

Sol is the definition of people skills. The way I've seen her deal with multiple personalities from different people. She has a way with people. And her service with me it feels so much on a personal (family) level. I feel such at ease when she takes care of me. Her memory is incredible, she can recall the last conversation from the previous week and is really interested in how others are doing life.
