Excellent service the whole process was east and fast with Bernice and she was very thorough with her explanations of the documents and helpful. Would recommend One Main Financial to anyone looking for a quick loan.

Arrived 20 minutes prior to appointment and gave all of the required documentation so that all was ready for the appt time and it was handled efficiently. Appt time came and ended 45 minutes later without explanation for the delay. Loan officer was nice but didn’t introduce herself to us, just sat down to go into disclosures and documents. Each time I asked a question, she would leave the room to seek advice from someone else. In all fairness, maybe she was new on the job and nervous and did finally serve us well. All together, our half hour appointment was one hour and a half and difficult for our age to sit that long.

On Main Financial was very helpful and supportive to me when i thought i would loose my vehicle due to not be able to make payments any more. Ana and her staff went above and beyond to help me keep my car and look at other options to make that happen. She always showed kindness and interest the whole way through to help me! Ana thank you soo much! To those reading this review. Please don't hesitate to come by this branch in Kissimmee and make your dreams a happen.
