Closed for a week because of a hurricane that didn't even hit. Now I have to wait an hour in a ridiculous line. I WILL be finding another bank.

The Lobby is Open as Before the Pandemic, as the Drive-ups are sometimes very busy. Folks here are Very Helpful and you get more % Interest here than Banks! Become a Shareholder! Open an Account Here!

Worst credit union. Slow service not enough employees working. Lobby not open so only drive thru. They have 3 lanes only ever 2 lanes open. Sad I have been with CI for 30 yrs.

HAVE FOR YEARS NOW BEEN STRAIGHT UP VERY NICE PEOPLE ALWAYS HELPFUL JUST NEVER EVER ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM ONLY THING THEY STOPPED THE WAY U USED TO BE ABLE TO CALL AND CHEK YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT TO TALK TO A PERSON I MISS THAT #!!!!
