I can't say enough great things about this branch! Charles, David and my favorite Barbara are fantastic! Barb has my acct pulled up and ready to go as soon as she sees our truck pull in! They are polite, personable and most importantly VERY EFFICIENT! Other banks treat you like a number, the staff here treats you like family!

The staff are friendly here and I've always been treated with respect when I've been in the branch. This is a very traditional, conservative type of bank, which may appeal greatly to some, but not to others. If you're looking for a high interest rate on savings/CDs, you may find better rates at other FDIC-insured banks such as Marcus by Goldman Sachs or Capital One. The rates here aren't terrible, they're just not at the very high end of what's out there. If you appreciate personalized, friendly service and the rates aren't that important to you, this would be a great place to do your banking.

I brought CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS from BANK OF AMERICA to open up a new account. TEN DAY HOLD??? IN 2020... THIS is OUTRAGEOUS!

Love this bank, they always try to improve your experience and avoid any ways of inconvenience. It really feels like your hometown bank in every sense.

They always remember who my family is. Probably due to our last name but they are friendly and very personable.
