They are professional, kind, and everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. It’s a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves. The moment I set up my account with Meagan Jackson she has gone above and beyond on assisting me on all of my banking needs. Her dedication, professionalism, and care for each individual sets the standard for excellence. This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonderful team-mates. Their reputation is well-earned.

Meagan Jackson was so extremely helpful to me. To be honest, I was having the worst day, and was alerted to an issue with our bank account. I went to the branch fully expecting to not have any results, and Meagan not only resolved our issue, but she was friendly and so good and patient with my two young children that I had to bring with me. I appreciate her so much. It's very hard to find good customer service these days, and Meagan nailed it. I'm very grateful, and she really turned my day around. Thank you!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this Florida Credit Union, specifically the Lake City Branch and even more specifically Brooklyn Book. Brooklyn came highly recommended to me to assist me with my banking needs. She was able to quickly set me up as a member and process what has now become several loans. I have never stepped foot inside this branch but I am always able to get in touch with a human that has good customer service skills. Even though I consider Brooklyn “my banker” she will ask which local branch I want to pick up the check and what time. She is that efficient and goes the extra step to make it convenient for the members. Once I arrive at my local branch, all of the employees seem to know her when I say “Brooklyn sent me” and they too have nothing but good things to say about her as well. I may be biased but I use Florida Credit Union because of Brooklyn….maybe you should too.

Brooklyn Book the Member Service Representative of the Lake City Branch is the Very Best! She was very knowledgeable and informative with helping me apply for a loan. Never rushed me and even stayed late to make sure everything was done right and accurate. Because of Mrs. Book I will always make FLCU my first choice to take care of my financial needs.
