We went in to open a savings account. The lady that helped us was very friendly and answered all of the questions we had . We left thinking that was a good place to do business with . We will be back.

Run away!! If there was a way to do a negative star review I would. I have paid for insurance to cover my loans for years now if there is a loss in wages. I have NEVER had issues until SSFCU became Radiant. It seems NOONE knows what they are doing. My biweekly auto loan payments switched to monthly the insurance company paid 5 months of payments and the bank continues to take payments out even though I have stopped auto payments. I look at my account tonight to see THEY TOOK OUT OVER $5k from my savings to pay the loans that the insurance is paying. I have spent countless hours trying fix this. Staff MEEEDS MORE TRAINING! I will be closing out most accounts tomorrow and moving my auto draft because of this bank’s incompetence!

Miss Misty was very helpful and courteous. She was knowledgeable at being able to complete my situation. She was my angel at completing my information on my email that had to be sent to the loan department. She took her time and completed for me, because I was lost. Great place to do business! The staff is always friendly, prompt, and courteous. It's a nice feeling doing business with professionals. No, it's not a bank. But it has everything I've ever needed for my various banking needs. Every time I go there I'm greeted with a warm smile and sincere demeanor to facilitate my visit. Whatever the cause. They're dog friendly too! Well, truth is I've never taken my Rottweilers inside. Yet, they still usually give them dog treats at the drive up window. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
