Amscot - The Money Superstore, Largo, FL

Google maps says the store is open till 9pm, and so does the sign on the store, but the lights are off and the door is locked, and it's only 7:30pm..?

The absolute worse customer experience I have seen. Not helpful at all! Thank God I found another resource to assist me without a glitch and was very successful. I will not need Amscot or Western Union again!

Went there to send money via western union and I was told that the clerk could not do what I needed to be done because she was from another store. As she is currently helping another customer....

I went in for a loan the other day and a lady named Ashley was behind the counter. She was wonderful. She was speedy and thorough. She has restored my faith in this establishment. She's pretty awesome!

Horrible. So the woman was interrogating and chastising me on why I got an send a 2nd transaction in 24 hours which I presume was legal. Red hair lady with glasses that worked the counter needs to be taught that Not everyone in the world is over privileged. Ya know sometimes in life there are challenges and bumps in the road for ppl who use these services who could go without the $h!tty attitude. I wont and don’t suggest anyone get a transaction here unless it’s a 5k allowance for your 16th birthday bc those seem to be the only transactions she “understands” and “make sense to her”.

I sent money order through the Usps, Usps lost my mail. That was at September. I open the claim with Amscot ( I wanted to take money back) After 3 months, the y called me and said my moneys some body cashed and I have to call the police, Amscot can’t help me with that. If anyone have the same problem call immediately 911))) or forget about your money
