Amscot - The Money Superstore, Largo, FL

I sent money order through the Usps, Usps lost my mail. That was at September. I open the claim with Amscot ( I wanted to take money back) After 3 months, the y called me and said my moneys some body cashed and I have to call the police, Amscot can’t help me with that. If anyone have the same problem call immediately 911))) or forget about your money

It's an Amscot. It's like every other Amscot. You go in, get your business done and you get out. No frills, no thrills. Reading others posts, it's like people want the employees to put on a floor show or something for them. Employees are fine, it's the customers that are rude.

The male worker was nice bit the female had an attitude. Place is huge but they have nowhere to sit or any bathroom had to stand and then cross the parking lot to a restaurant while waiting for my friend to cash his check.

I will never go back to this one again. They legit tried to say that my roommate could only get ONE of two money orders we needed for rent. Now, first off, there is no limit on money orders. We have never ever in 2 years experienced this anywhere else. I have been going to this company over 10 years for a variety of money orders and this is the craziest thing I have ever heard. I never had an issue with this manager since I have had her at another location and she straight up lied about the policy. Ridiculous.

Very rude and unprofessional. Go in there always to get change and the first thing they say "I'm going to give it to you but know I don't have to?" Now they won't but every other location will. And it is mainly the asian lady with the stick up her butt. And the heavier young woman as well. Take your business to ankther amscot. This one clearly doesn't want to do business! *Would give it less than 1 star if i could*

John and the other people are super nice and courteous
