FAIRWINDS C. U. staff members Sunita Rodriquez has been helping me with my banking needs for quite a few years. She is always very caring & takes the time to explain things. This is a great credit Union! Kim Daniel is a great Manager. Knowledgeable, personable and treats the customers and employees like family. Zuniga and Samantha are also wonderful. Credit unions are a great place to do your banking. Fairwinds is the best credit union I’ve dealt with.

The staff at this FAIRWINDS branch are always friendly and helpful. Madalynn frequently takes care of my transactions and is always cheerful and remembers me by name which is a nice touch and very appreciated.

Fairwinds has been our preferred bank since we moved to Florida. We have always had great service from day one. We have financed automobiles through them along with our checking and saving account. Fast foward to our life changing events from 2020, changing our lives as well as our financial portfolio that caused a chain of events leaving us making decisions to accommodate our lively hood, but very close to bankruptcy. We made an appointment with a loan officer at our local Leesburg branch to see if we could somehow stop the bleeding and crumbling of our financial outlook. We went to that appointment with bleek expectation of being able to do anything, however we met with Sunita Rodriguez, we relayed our situation and ask for any guidance she could give us. We not only were given advice, but also able to secure a loan that allowed us to save over $30,000 ++ in interest and payents we can comfortably afford. When going back in to discuss a few more options we had the pleasure of working with Jorge Baez when Sunita wasnt available. Jorge was also incredible helping us work through another scenario that saved us even more in intrest and payments that we can comfortably make. We can't express how grateful we are to have such an amazing team to help turn our gray skys bright blue!! Recently needed information regarding a new account for our dad who will be receiving Medicaid. Jorge Baez was wonderful. Guided us through the fuzzy process and helped us understand what was happening. He’s a great asset to the Fairwinds team.
