Trustco Bank, Leesburg, FL

I'm from out of town just moving to the area now realize this bank will never have me for a customer. I went in to purchase a roll of quarters they told me they can't exchange a money for money unless I had an account there. What the hell is wrong when you go to a bank and they will not exchange a ten dollar bill for a roll of quarters. Again when we move our accounts to Florida this bank will not be considered. I would worry they would decide not to exchange my money for a paper check.

Charles and Susan are friendly, has patience, very informational. Dress professionally. I love how old school the bank is. They still give you a check book, deposit book or savings book. Many wonderful plans/options. If you haven't already, then there's time today to open an checking or savings account.
