As a first-time homebuyer Jennifer Kline made the purchasing experience extremely unnerving through her unprofessional communication. Instead of providing explanations to questions that were asked throughout the loan process, we would receive responses such as, "I have been doing this for quite a long time..You are in the MOST capable hands for your loan," "It was disclosed to you in the beginning ... but again as I have stated at least 20 times…..," "This is how this is going to go..." and "If you don’t sign it you don’t close." Her inability to provide us with explanations of fees and the severely increased closing cost makes me question the ethical values of the company and makes me believe we were potentially victims of predatory lending with Jennifer Kline's aggressive communication and failure to provide explanation and the lender's high interest rates and rate lock-in fees.

Jennifer Kline & her team were fantastic from the very 1st frantic call I had made up through closing. Even now, we are confident that if we had any additional questions or concerns, we could reach out to Jennifer or Hernando Cevallos to assist. Bianca Esposito & Tabitha Lacey were also fantastic in assisting with our application & approval process. We have closed on several properties in the last 7yrs with VA loans & this was one of the smoothest processes we have experienced. Jennifer was even able to get a VA appraisal in what I considered to be record time. Our realtor was quite impressed at how fast the appraisal came through. The constant contact & attention received from the team is exceptional. We placed our bid on our house on 10-28, after only 5 days on the market with a suggestion we close before Thanksgiving... The Realtor called the next day, saying the offer was just too low... The next day - We got another call - "They accepted your offer!!" We then went through the process of obtaining a mortgage through The Mortgage Firm... Everyone there was Terrific! They made sure to answer all of our questions & walked us through Every single Process. I believe that Communication is the KEY to Every Relationship and Yes, even between business relationships!! The people at The Mortgage Firm were AWESOME!!! -- In Fact, If you count weekends, it took 18 days from offer to closing!! (13 days without the weekends!) I mean who can go wrong with stats like that? I will recommend The Mortgage Firm to everyone who is looking for a home loan!! THANK YOU!!!

The entire team got on board to help. Jennifer started me out with knowledge and kindness and then her team took off to make sure I checked every box needed to make it run smoothly. Props to Bianca for sending me to best person for my questions. Michael Meyers was phenomenal; explaining ever detail I needed.
