Kendy was extremely helpful in providing services for me to establish a new account as well as conduct a personal transaction. She was amazing, as was the branch manager and other teller. Such a friendly and helpful staff! I highly recommend opening an account if you don't already have one!!

I want to call out the exceptional service that both Angela and Kendy provide at the E & L branch at CCSFS. From Normal banking to helping me understanding signature guarantees on stock forms, the willingness to provide help and solve problems is one of a kind. They are just always willing to help with a fantastic friendly attitude that I haven’t experienced in any other branch Thanks Ladies

I just opened a savings account and was approved for a car loan. Interest rate is very good. Danielle was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She answered every question I had. Everything went very smoothly. This was my second experience with Launch Credit Union as I helped my son with his mortgage and I would give them 5 stars for that experience also.

I've always liked this credit union. Been with them since i was 17 years old. But their new app is terrible. I'm self employed and have several personal checks all week. Since they changed their app 9 times out of ten i can not do mobile deposit now. It's very frustrating. And they always hold anything over $200 no matter how much money you have in your checking or savings. It's very frustrating. Seriously considering going back to USAA.

I’m very surprised to see so many negative reviews here. My wife and I have belonged to this credit union for nearly 40 years and have always been treated politely and with respect. Most recently we have been served by Rose and Amir. Both were friendly, accommodating and provided exactly what we requested. I think that the credit union is even better since they dropped the federal charter. That has allowed them to offer a greater variety of services than before. About a year ago we were able to revamp our accounts because the new charter allowed accounts to be in the name of a trust. Brandon was the person who capably guided us through that adventure. He made it pretty simple, even if time-consuming. We feel fortunate to have Launch Credit Union available to us for all our banking needs.

The team at LCU has always been very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at CCSFS branch. I paid them a visit this morning as I lost my debit card. They were extremely courteous and took care of me and all within 10 minutes. Thank you for always being friendly and professional!

Houston: Thanks to Angela and Kendy I don't have a problem when it comes to financial transactions at very convinient location. All SYSTEMS ARE GO! So far they've had an answer for all questions and even thoroughly explained any suggestions on options that might best suite my needs. Brite, knowledgable, professional and attentive. These two definetly know how to do the business of the business while making you feel right at home. Launch, with Kendy and Angela you definetly have lift off in my book
