Used to be a good CU. Slowly started adding fees while reducing services. Now just as good as a corporate bank while being less convenient than any other bank I the country. Total waste.

ATM accepts cash and checks, tellers are friendly, low interest rates on loans and special rates on CD’s

I drove to this location because I was out of town and needed to visit my bank. This is no longer a SCCU... its now a Launch Credit Union (with the address at 300 S Plumosa St- either that or I couldn’t see the SCCU from the road so I don’t know it I missed it or it’s closed honestly) so the map may have made me waste time and gas taking me to a location that's being used by another name. These things should be updated frequently to avoid confusion and loss of resources. As much $$ as Google makes and they cant be current????

I've been using this bank for 10+ years now. They have always been extremely accommodating, friendly, and polite. The change machine is free for members. Anyone who complains about the hours, get yourself together in time to go. I rarely wait long when I go inside or using the drive through.

The staff of Space Coast Credit Union at both the Cocoa Beach branch, and the Merritt Island branch are outstanding professionals, very kind patient and do everything they can to make their members feel secure I also like that they are one of the few banks that stay open late on Friday and have Saturday hours even drive-through are good I have told my children and my grandchildren. There is no better bank in Brevard county Florida

This is the BEST BANK EVER! We are so happy with SCCU! You get in and out so quickly, tellers are sooo friendly, attentive and speedy, all around 5 stars!!! Amazing customer service!

The best banking experience I have ever had, hands down! I can't understand why anyone would deal with a traditional bank like Bank of America or Chase where they rip you off at every opportunity and their customer service SUCKS!
