Gama is incredibly nice, helped me calling customer service with net spend! NETSPEND IS HORRIBLE AND GAMA was nice to call them and solve my problem, this man was helping 3 customers at the same time! Wow!

So happy about the service here! Coming to this ACE was accidental, I had gone to different check cashing stores to process a bill payment and all of the other stores had issues with their system and the employees couldn’t care less about it. Finally I arrived to this store on 79th St and dreading it was another dud, I was surprised how amazing the service was and was able to do my business quickly. The short skinny guy Gama helped me out and now I know which store to come to always!

I personally won’t be coming here like ever again !! Only come here if your paying cash money ! My fiancé came to pay 1 bill that was only $114.57 bill and they swiped his card like 4 times totaling 3 transactions . $124.70 even charging an atm fee of $4.70 after each swipe! When we found out that all his money was missing from his checking account After 3 days of going back and forth with them and my card company they finally find out threw there auditor 3 days later after saying it wasnt there fault and claiming they have no atm when they have there atm machine inside with them . they did over charge us leaving my husband broke for the next 3 days there’s even an extra charge of 80 cents plus $4.70 more they didn’t pay us the atm fees equaling $14 dollars that they didn’t pay us back and there blaming those charges on his bank .no reconpensation , just excuses pain and suffering should of at least made there mistakes right by offering a gift card or apologizing my fiancée is on disability . Can you imagine his shock when he found out he had no money in his account for food on the 1st after paying 1 bill ! Now I still have to despute to his bank to get the atm charges back .the $14.80 If I could give negative stars I would . Make it right .ACE CASH EXPRESS…. God knows how many people they’ve done this too and the people don’t even kno because they have alot of money in there bank account and don’t notice .

Always be my "ACE" in the hole i can go to ace get enough to help me catch up get ahead and be financially stable.. My own bank couldn't help.. Good thing i have a ACE in the hole..
