The people who were working there before were awesome , I have been going there for more then 5 years, the Spanish lady who’s working there now is very rude, when she doesn’t understand she yelled at me and hang up on my face, and it doesn’t happen once it’s everytime I called! She’s very unprofessional! If there’s a new policy please put someone who can explain the customers what’s the new policy is! these 2 over there are doing their own things.
