They will stop your auto pay at a date earlier than your term date. I purchased a chevy on a 5 year plan. Set for auto pay and forgot about it. 3 years down the line my truck is repo. They state it was set to stop auto pay at 3 years. No reason why. Paid repo fees and got truck back with no clear answer. No emails or letters prior to the act. Just 2 voicemails stating to give them a call. No info, no details that it had to do with missing payments or auto pay has stopped etc. It is a money grab and scam to hit those not paying attention to auto pay on bank statements.

I would not recommend anyone to you. I have tried to get them to pay the money to the shop that fixed my car and you apparently want to keep that money to put it in the principal of a car that I pay you monthly, believe me, if it were not Because this would not affect my credit, I would stop paying for the car right now. I have not seen a more cumbersome company than this one. I hope not many people have to go through the same thing. It is not enough for them with what they charge in interest, they are not prepared to give good attention to their clients either.
