SCAM!!!! My mom paid her last amount of her loan back in June, they charged her twice in her bank, when I called them told me was a mistake and gave me one of the charges back and kept the second one, and now in December they called my mom to let her know that she owes them her last payment again. We went to the office with our statement from the bank and they said there is nothing they can do, that she needs to pay again. I will report them every single possible place in US.
