Nice branch for 5/3. The inside ATM allows many options on how you can receive cash. They have a nice waiting area. They have safety deposit boxes here, which is a nice service.

This might be the worst bank I have ever been to. I checked locations to cash a Western Union Transfer from China and this bank was listed as a location. I arrive at the bank and the person does not know anything about Western Union. She checks with the supervisor who states that the person who handles Western Union is at lunch. I wait for fifteen minutes. The woman comes out and sits there for five minutes finally acknowledging that I was there for a Western Union Transfer. She promptly tells me how she cannot help me if I do not have an account and then lectures me how I need to have an account. I promptly ask her why they list as a Western Union Site if they do not take care of Western Union Customers. I get a long lecture of how I should be a customer and obviously my bank does not do Western Union. Before you know it, she is arguing with me about it and we exchange not so choice words. So much for bank personnel that know what they are doing and customer service. I WILL NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK

i only deal with a banking professional named Heidis. i believe her attention to customer care is extraordinary, as is her knowledge of the banking business. my father was an officer of 5th/3rd in cincinnati and i'm sure he would have been very proud.

New and nice set up. Great staff. Really helped me get familiar with using mobile app. Sometimes not staff well. Long wait times on occasion. Bathroom not easily accessible. Atm inside branch. Yes there is drive thru for transactions.

All the staff at this branch have always been beyond helpful and friendly to me anytime I come in, out of all the banks I have had accounts with this one has been by far the best!
