Manager Jesus Ramos is a profiler. He should not be managing a bank. He profiled my 21 year old son and when I confronted him about it on the phone he hung up on me. Not very professional. I can say I am not going to use that branch and, I may switch banks altogether.

Worst bank ever. Unless you're Hispanic, they treat you like absolute garbage.
Waited in line for over 30mins to deposit money and ended up leaving. Very disrespectful bankers have no clue what they are doing.

I attempted to deposit $400 here at the ATM one evening after business hours and the machine malfunctioned, it took my money and gave me an error slip to bring in to the bank during business hours. I came back the next day with the slip and they credited my account with the $400. However, weeks later, they took $200 of the money back and said that the machine only counted $200. But I know for a fact beyond a shadow of a doubt that I deposited $400 in the machine and they stole $200 from me.
