I have a mortgage with them, they took over BB&T. Since March when they took over I haven't received NO STATEMENT. I have called 3 times, each time the same lady says she will send me a bill. Today she was going to email me a bill in 20 mins. It's been 6 hours I've gotten nothing!! Don't use them they are worthless

You never know if the drive thru is going to be open or the lobby. It's hit or miss. The manager is never there and everything has to go through her. If I need to speak to someone I usually go to the Marco Island branch, because you know there will be someone there to help you.

Awful!! When lobby is open people sit on chairs while in line, and when in drive through same they were slow when it was Sun Trust their even slower now Truist! Very under staffed!

Pushy and annoying. I literally came here for A) questions about my mortgage B) inquiring about money market savings account I am joint owner of.
Woman spent the whole time trying to get me to sign up for a credit card. The whole time.
I ended up leaving with only resolving 1 of my two problems. I won't be back.
