Very friendly place. Petrona has cashed my check for me multiple times and each time she's made my experience a great one. She always interacts great with the customers and always has a smile on her face. She's such a kind, outgoing person and she makes me love coming to this location every week! ** PETRONA IS THE BEST ** I used to use their services frequently. However, I know things happen and their service towards me went way down. I stopped bringing them checks. I had no choice but to bring them one today. Petrona in New Port Richey went above and beyond and got the check done. It took some time, but she really put a full out effort into doing it. As a small business owner I really appreciated the extra effort because I need this money for materials for a job. She has single handily earned my business back. I came here with my sister to cash a check that most banks wanted to take days to process and she got her money with less effort. Ms Petrona was a bubbly and cooperative person to work with here. Like her default face was just smiles even when a customer was throwing attitude at her for something out of her control. 5 stars for her customer service and the information she provided on multiple financial matters.

Petrona was very helpful, great customer service 5 stars ! I went over to the location in holiday and the service there was not too great, did not go above and beyond to cash my check before closing time. But Petrona helped me in every way she can and cashed my check right before closing, helped me out with a debit card and all of the above.
