Love the staff, the service and ease of application - The Website leaves a LOT to be desired though for an existing customer. I can't see any of my original loan terms such as Rate, Term, or even the account that my automatic payments are being taken from. It's kind of important to have that information available to customers if they are looking to do another debt consolidation loan. Their website for existing customers is the ONLY reason I don't give them 5 stars.

I felt this was a pleasant experience. Our salesperson was thorough and informative. We were in and out in a hr and by time we reached home our money was in bank. I was trying to get a personal loan through other companies, had gone thru a few that declined me, I am currently working on my credit from a bankruptcy. One Main Financial responded immediately was super professional and worked with me to get a loan that fit my monthly budget. The staff was great and I intend on paying this loan off early an will reapply for another with this company... Thank You One maine Financial and all the staff.

Company is a complete waste of time. They have you go thru an over the phone application process, once completing they schedule you to come in for an in person review of your vehicle (collateral) then, have you go all back thru the already completed application process which was done over the phone. They add in additional insurance charges, as well as want you to meet other requirements that you are not made aware of before coming in for the appointment. Do not waste your time with this company, there are much better options out there.

Highly not recommended. They are scammers like entire collapsing system of banks. While processing my application by phone I was asked to change my car insurance to update the full coverage. I said NO and I said I was not interested in that loan anymore. Then the scammer I think Nicolas said it would be OK and invited me the office. And I was approved. I went to the office, double asked him all my concerns and I was answered all was as we talked and no insurance’s requirements. Also I was told he was professional and promised all we talked face to face was in the contract - bunch of paperwork. I signed and leave that office full of frauds. Then I got the mail I had to update my car insurance to full coverage. Also huge interests. Unprofessional management. System’s selves. The justice is coming.

Everyone at One Main helps you with the whole process. They are efficient, knowledgeable and fast. They go out of their way to complete your loan as fast as it can be done. This was my 3rd time dealing with this branch and I know if I need to do another loan I will be treated the same way again. Highly recommended.

No, i was turned to them because i was told i would have a very good chance of a loan, and i would finally be able to get my life back on track, i was never late on any bill for the last 5 years, everything has always been paid, but they said my truck was not good enough for them. Women was nice, but that really dont matter if you cant do anything for me. If i had outstanding credit or a million dollar car, i would just go to my main bank for a loan. I dont know why places like this like to tell you what they can do for you until the last minute then tell you sorry about your luck, Maybe they are looking for customers with nice cars that dont pay their bills. I am just a veteran trying to get ahead in life, and i have had so many road blocks thrown in front of me, it really is not even funny anymore, to bad the VA does not do real loans or care enough to help vets until it is to late. I am really starting to think all places like this is just a joke, they want to promise the world until you get into the door. So dont waste your time
