Amscot - The Money Superstore, New Port Richey, FL

By far my favorite amscot to go to. Great customer service and answered my questions efficiently. I’ve had problems with other ones but this location, definitely the one I will do the extra 15 miles for. Thank you Darby for being so sweet and having patience to thoroughly explain any questions I had.

Today was my first time going in to get a cash advance loan until I got paid I ran into a bind my dog got sick and I had to put her down yesterday I went in to get a loan didn't take any time everyone there was very pleasant and helpful it was a in and out process thank you for helping me with my loan ......from Ricky G .....

First time going to this Amscot and will be my last one. Clerk named Lisa was very rude and unprofessional. I just needed to fax something and she practically throw the paper at me and keep walking to take care of other customers in which it was ok but took her few minutes to come back and get my papers to be fax. Sorry, but if you don't like to work with people Amscot is not a fit for you.

Your pre paid cards are a joke. You take money from people faster than you can blink an eye but you dont wanna refund it back with out making your customers jump through hoops. Your staff is unhelpful and act like they dont care about the customers like its not there problem but they will sure try to move those pre paid cards though. Your manager is worthless and no help what so ever. Come up with excuse after excuse no one knows anything. Im being told things that aint true the staff must be poorly trained. Because of false info I was givin from this amscot now I got to wait even longer for my money then I should have to. I will never do business ever again with you people you dont even know how to do your jobs properly im very disgusted with you and the way you conduct business and I feel bad for all the people you have screwed over. When this matter gets resolved and it will cause im not going away you can steal other peoples money but you will not steal mine with out a fight. I want my REFUND!!!!!! You thieves!!!!!

I literally just left from there, from getting change for the Dealership i work for due to it being a Sunday & banks are closed - I walked up to the window and a lady with long blonde hair & white shirt I believe named Kayla was literally the rudest person I have come across - I asked if I could get change & right away she gave me an attitude as if she did not want to do it, & said I can only do a 100 so I said thats fine then do 100 - She asked again what I needed so I said 1, 5, 10 i said however she could do it I explained it was for my job that we needed change & our bank is closed - She then asked again very rude "Whose this for"? & I said Kia & AGAIN explained we ran out of change & bank is closed - So as she counted the mnoney back to me she had it spread across the counter & then when she was done she literally just threw it in the window slot for me to grab it & just walked away without saying a word - So I then said Thank you very much & have a great day - I was an Asst. Manager at Speedway for years & was big on Customer Service & that was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced & I really hope she is not a manager & I will be putting a call into corporate on how I was treated -

Darby and Nina were outstanding. Very fast and friendly, very accommodating. If I could give more stars I would. I recommend if you wanted to be treated like your money problems etc matter I would go to them. And btw they deserve a raise. They made my unpleasant need of having to borrow money very pleasant. I could not be any happier with the service from them today. Good job ladies. We will be recommending and we will be coming back. Thank you so much.
