Came in and was greeted by Rosie. had great vibes, she was quick and provided everything I needed. Appreciate the time there thanks Rosie!

After an emergency I remembered I had gotten an installment loan offer in the mail. I called and spoke to Rosie she explained everything I needed to bring in. They were able to verify my check right on my phone no paperwork waiting etc. They approved me and I was so relieved and thankful I had tears. I was able to arrange the payment to extend out affordably for 3 months. This place is my hero today. Thanks for help that saved my family.

Terrible customer service, she dealt with every Spanish person that came in whole dealing with me, she told me 10 an had me wait for 40 mins , an dealt with everyone else, then when I get impatient she going tell me come back tomorrow because her “manager “ is in a meeting, which don’t see why a manger is needed for what I’m asking for. Could have told me that from the jump it will take a while because her manager is in a meeting. Just terrible.
