This will be my 3rd loan. I appreciate how easy the company makes it for applying online. I don't have the use of a vehicle all the time so doing the closing online was so very nice for me. I also referred my mother and she did a consolidation loan with you and she said the people that helped her through the whole process were so wonderful. So I will continue to refer OMF! John Taylor the branch manager was rude and disrespectful. He would not allow me to finish my sentences and continued to disregard my questions. I hope he changes his attitude as I have never had this problem with any other branch.

John Taylor was completely rude and incompetent to deal with. Be cautious about giving your personal information to these people. Something tells me the cubicles in the photos won’t protect you from identity theft.

They falsely advertise approval for great terms just to get all of your personal information. I hope they don’t sell it or have a data leak. Manager John Taylor didn’t tell me about the security of my information and refused to correct damage they did to my credit score under false pretenses. Completely rude people.
