There are some very grumpy people working here they don't smile and they act like it's a problem to serve you

Poor quality customer service is so rude..IDANYS has very poor customer service she need to go back to school and learn how treat customers.. She had the nerve to tell me that she can't give money to someone she doesn't know, when I have gotten a loan here before. My file was there and then she tried to say it was a joke in the end. No respect for customers. I have been there many times and never been treated with such disrespect.

Service isn't bad, just depends on who's working. Clean environment. Good stsff.

Great service except one person on a very busy store is not what you want. Need to hire people and pay them well so they stay. This is not great for your business. There are other competitors that would want the business. Keep your brand. People in this location are very professional.
