I don’t understand all of the bad reviews. I have had a grate experience every time I’ve went in. They where alway super nice and helpful. All my checks in 2021 my last name was missing a letter and know one would help me . ( because it was a lot of money ) but they were Patient and sat on the phone and verified each check!

Worst customer experience I've ever had. The 1 star reviews do not do justice to this place. Fufill your money needs somewhere else as this place will not tell you about fees and will fail to do their job properly. I regret coming here 100%

was told to pay same amount the following week and then come in and tell me i owe more

The representative wasn’t necessarily nasty to me however nobody in the entire line received any results and left the establishment upset. When it was finally my turn they asked me why did I wait so long to cash my check and why I was cashing it. The final verdict was to come back during normal business hours from 8-5 even though this is a 24 hour location and it was 8 PM. Please go to a regular bank, respectfully.

I had an amazing experience here with Evelyn. Her hospitality is great! She was patient, attentive, and did a good job keeping concerned customers calm by providing good explanations and information about questions and concerns with deposits, loading cards, fees etc.

Shanely has a rude attitude! and not good customer service at all !
