Not very happy with this company. After all I did and even though I have good credit and no late payments on anything, I wasn't approved. I also had to call and email multiple times to get status and my back office still says it's processing. Now this puts me in a bind when I really need relief temporarily because I was banking on this company. Was left hanging as well before I had to call to get the news. No email or phone call so I don't know when the denial was given and the person at the local office couldn't tell me. Despite how "nice" they are I just had to write my experience. Disappointed. If you try this place make sure that you make virtually the same income every month. Even if you are good for it if you don't make pretty much the same amount of money by income you don't stand a chance even if you have proof. Also for the person that reads this from Mariner, please do not post a canned response. Btw my most consistent income that I've been receiving for more than 10 years (I submitted a letter to that fact) is paid out quarterly. So beware because they get all confused with that no matter how much it is and how much the account holds which in my case it's substantial.

A week later and still waiting for a callback. Every time I call they say the manager will call back and she doesn’t. That goes to show the type of place it is!

I appreciate the service they provided to me. Very helpful and I would recomend that you stop by to see if they could be of any service to your financial needs as well.

Excellent customer service very detailed with the work provided, did a fabulous job explaining and communicating the service provided and the different options they have. Would recommend to anyone. Stherline is amazing if you need help ask for her.
