Went in to get change for two $20 bills. Was told only account members are allowed to get change. I have never had any other real bank tell me that. This is not the kind of service a bank should be giving in 2022. If that’s how they treat people, I would never open an account with this bank. I ended up going to Publix where it was a pleasure to provide change for two $20 bills.

Guy in the window need to get fire almost 25 minutes to withdraw $100 from my account that I open yesterday. No cars in the front no cars behind and the Bank was empty inside. Bad customer service please avoid this one folks.0
