THE WORST. Im only giving them one star because you have to inorder to post a review. These people are rude, inconsistent, and the manager acts as though your using her personal money and very unwilling to help. The worst customer service I've ever had. DO NOT !!! bring your business here if you have any standard of class when it comes to any financial transaction with this store.

This place is a joke. Tood there for 45min just to be told they wont cah my mothers check because they cant reach her on the phone. Theyve never done this to anyone else ive been with. Im 31 years old and GM of a restaurant but i bet since i have dread locks they think im a criminal. The hell with this place. Negative experience everytime. And asking 25% of a check to cash it is robbery. Wish the IRS would check this place out

This place is terrible. Employees are rude as hell. They clearly don't know what they're doing behind the counter, and the place smelt horrible inside. Hopefully the owner will hire brighter people next time around, who knows. Would NOT recommend to anybody!!

Came in Diana was helping someone.someone else walked in After me ignored me to help her so I went to another worker and then she try’s to help me 2 stars because the lady that helped after was nice

I would rate them 0 if I could!!!! I got a loan from them and was told that because it was a cash advance that I had to come pay it in cash in person but I was sick for several weeks which put me behind so I called them and was told that I didn't have to worry about it and to pay it when I could! So then the next day they charged my bank account instead making it negative and when I called they refused to reverse it when I was told that I had nothing to worry about and to pay it when I can and the manager was no help at all! I told them that I am never using them again and that I am not going to pay it because I was lied to!!!

They say they will cash any amount, that is a lie. They said they would cash my settlement check. They decided to interrogate me about why I wanted the money in cash and not to deposit it into my bank account. I am a business professional who was treated like a suspect. They wasted hours of my time across two days just to refuse to cash my check anyway. They also tried to nearly double the amount that they wanted to charge me. Teller was friendly, but whoever she reports to that makes the decision to help you or not had zero empathy and completely wasted my time. Don't bother!

Go anywhere else to cash your check! Not only do they take a fee (and dont tell you until the end - Harris grocery in bunnell only charges $5) but the service is AWFUL! Vickie has the worst customer service, she THREW my ID back at me after i requested my check back. She was so rude the entire time it made it all so miserable. I think she lacks customer service skills, i was a GM for 3 years and i would NEVER treat anyone like she treated me.
