Im over 60 & dont feel I look very criminal, but... WOW!~ I came in a week early to check THEM out, and, they gave me zero useable info. I came back with a Birthday Check from someone in another State- they refused to cash it, as I do not have a cell phone & didnt have the Phone Number for the person who gifted me- NOR did they TELL me, I would NEED that. Next check was a Famous Bank residuals Check, they come EVERY month. But, they wouldnt cash, as I had come on a Saturday (Something else they neglected to tell me) I was asked, by one woman if I KNEW, how Easy it WAS, to Print up Checks? NOT BEING A FELON...NO, I do not. I felt 100% treated with suspicion and like I was a possible felon.-- I said I would be back in 2 days when I had an appt in the area, and the Time, of my appt.(So they could CALL this Giant Bank Representative & know, I had NOT printed the check MYSELF!!) ~I sat for 45 minutes, while only 2 people went in front of me- and...Time for my Appt!!! I said I would be back, BUT, in the meantime- I found a MUCH better place. I went to AMSCOT, and - THEY DIDNT even WANT A NUMBER for that Bank !!!~ In & Out clean & not made to feel like a law breaker of any kind. Cash Advance-SUCKS DEEPLY, Go the distance to Amscot and be treated with dignity and a smile.
