If I could give negative stars I would. I have been with Flag for nearly 20 years but when they merged and became Bay, it all crumbled. They have lost money that was deposited in my account multiple times and after fixing the problem I closed my account. Now again I’m having to deal with them because they took 300$ in deposits to a bank account that has been closed since early November. And they are telling me that it’s going to pay a charge off with is crazy considering I closed my account when there was still money available. If you want to know where your money is STAY AWAY.

These guys merged with my local credit union and it has not been a good experience at ALL. Changing due dates on loans with no notice, removing access to line of credit loans online and in the app, etc. Not someplace I plan to continue banking at.

Super friendly and helpful. This is a credit union service center also. Great customer service.

The employee service is great. Whoever decided to sell to another company was greedy. And whoever decides CD Rates are being greedy. And the savings accounts are a joke. I'm 67 years old and I've had an account since I was 12 at BCU. The worst thing yet is Hello Credit Union. Union.
