Banking with them was a mistake. They somehow messed up my son's debit card rendering it unusable and calling support couldn't fix it. They took money from my daughter's account without authorization to move it to one of my other accounts to cover a fee and when they were called on it the just shrugged and couldn't give a valid reason for why. There seems to be no accountability for their actions and they are generally unhelpful.

Do not bank with them. Was told they messed up a check took the money out twice. Tried to have them fix it and they said yes we messed up but you are just going to have to deal with it. Nobody is able to put the money back in your account and we won't do anything. They are to incompetent to handle your money and money will go missing out of your account from their negligence and you will just have to deal with it. Worst bank ever always a nightmare to deal with. This is not the 1st time they have taken money from my account in less than 4 months I have been there.

The best place to bank ask for Wendy Fields, she will get you taken care of fast and courteous. She knows her stuff!!!

This is not one of those full-scale extortion ring Big Shots like Bank of America or Stagecoach robbers like Wells Fargo, this is Capital City Bank and they're smaller and they are different. You can expect more personable hometown face-to-face support and service. They are not buying real estate on the moon, but they can get you taken care of and help you with your financial needs. I recommend taking a look at what they can do for you.👍🙂
