Cash Kwik Inc, Perry, FL

I purchased a $53 money order from here and later on I found out the merchant I sent the money order to returned it via mail because their product I purchased was out of stock. So I needed a refund . I have chime... I inquired by 'question only' to chime on their chat bot svc if they cash money orders...and they stated April 25 they stopped cashing money orders. so I said ill just go back to the olace I purchased it since I still have the receipt of purchase from the money order. Its june 1st at the time of my attempted refund. When the gal asked me if id cashed it I stated I inquired to my bank if they would cash it and they told me they dont cash money orders and she says to me..."on no I wont touch it" im like im sorry. She then says... If you previously had it deposited or If you try to have it cashed we cant cash it. I said no ma'am I asked them they said no they dont cash them so no...this money order hasnt been ran at all... She procesds to tell me they will NEVER cash my money order maybe in 7 days and that is. If they have communication from my bank which I was offering right then or anytime to prove the checks Legitimacy..but they refused this commuication saying they might cash it after next week ...and even then I cant promise ill cash it. It floored me. I couldn't believe the arrogance or the lie. Because after many days you can run the numbers to see what status the check is in to know if it cleared/ pending deposit ..ect.....they clearly didnt want to help me and hopefully the BBB will help shed light on their "rules" tallahasse will cash it that an hour or I can purchase a bank account with one of the banks locally to get it cashed in to an account Smith a 5 day hold if im without a checking acct at any local bank they wont cash it. I picked up the phone to inquire about the cashing of the money order so it still hasnt been cashed or attempted.

I called to get some information and the lady was very rude. She also gave me the wrong information. I will not go here
