Mandy Sawyer was so helpful! From day one when I step in front of her, she was very willing and stay on top of everything that needed to be did. So if you’re in need of auto loan go see Mandy. VyStar bank has some very loyal workers. They’re very respectful and helpful never had any bad experience with them. Team VyStar!!!!!!

So glad Vystar came to Perry. Google doesn't give me enough space to tell how awesome they are. Customer service is top notch. Carmen and Mandy have really helped me out and go above and beyond. In all fairness, all go above and beyond, but they've been attending most of the times I've gone in. Keep up the great service!

Mobile banking app still not working correctly mobile deposits not working you no longer get an email or text message letting you know if your mobile deposit is pending, rejected it gives you no information at all once mobile deposit is made and no way to veiw deposits past or pending on online banking or mobile banking. I really need to find a better bank i'm sick of VyStar and their lack of transparency regarding their online and mobile banking issues the past two months.

Horrible customer service!!!! They don't answer phone calls here, you have to drive out. I've pointed it out to them before and they said they're too busy. So I walked in there when they had zero customers and were just sitting around and called while in the bank and showed them I'm calling and it's not ringing in the building and the teller said, "We're not customer service agents." There's also a rude woman at the window who doesn't wear a name tag (heavyset, long, brown hair, glasses, 30's) and everytime I ask for a withdrawal for a small amount she asks if I want it in quarters and then when I say yes she says well too bad we only give ten dollars of quarters. Chris Clark the bank manager is totally sarcastic and rude. Today he rejected a valid check to be cashed. I called the people who issued it and proved it was a real check and he said it didn't matter that they can randomly reject checks. Then he gleefully shouted after me, "have a nice day!" sarcastically as I was leaving. My bank debit card here gets rejected in Tallahassee everytime I try to use it as well as my vystar checks any grocery store I go to even in town, when there is money in my account. Is this even a real bank?!!!! Terrible customer service! Extremely rude employees!

The tellers at Vystar are always so wonderful! I always come in and am helped quickly, and leave with a smile on my face because of how kind and informative everyone is! Thank you so much for everything you do!

VyStar has been very professional since I began banking with them in 2021. They have become a great staple of Perry!
