In my case, I personally found Daniel Weinfeld, owner of Custom Mortgage in Port Charlotte, Florida, a true professional mortgage broker who demonstrated a tireless work ethic obtaining a secure mortgage loan for me. He and his staff, (Skylar Poitras was very instrumental) managed the loan application process from start to finish finding different lenders, comparing interest rates and negotiating the terms of the loan while utilizing their network of lending partners to find me the lowest mortgage rate and closing costs. Anytime I had a question, whether it was via text, email or direct phone call, Daniel Weinfeld was ALWAYS available to handle any topic without delay.

This is my favorite mortgage broker to work with. Erica and Angela were so helpful in establishing my loan. :)

She was attentive and knowledgeable and made our experience so stress free. She really knows her stuff. Best of all, she explained everything to us along the way so we felt really comfortable with the entire process. On top of all of that, she closed our loan in literally EXACTLY 30 days.
