Worked with Willard Chubb through a referral from friend. 1. Told us that doing a Refi with him would save us money by not having to pay 2 months worth of mortgage (while refi processing). This was totally wrong and potentially damaging to the whole process. What lendor would recommend this?? Then denied that he made this statement. He is a liar. 2. Very poor communicator. He is a last minute Larry. You will scramble with zero time for deadlines. Stressful. 3. I would never send anyone else his way.
