This place has been awesome to o me and my wife for over 3 years now.im in there every other week getting a loan or paying a loan back. I have had nothing but excellent service there. Today I went in to make a payment on my loan and cash a check. Well the check balance was for my rent payment but unfortunately I was charged $49.00 to cash it but here is the part that hur ts the most, I'm in there atleast 3to4 times a week cashing checks and i have never been charged more than 3 /4 dollars to do so. My personal bank was less than 200 feet away and at no time was i informed of the fee. I cashed the check payed off my loan and left. As I was walking to Publix I looked at my reciept to check the time andcsaebyhstb$49.00 charge and immediately went back in to question the transaction and get my check back but was told no. Why would I pay $49.00 to cash a check there when my bank is directly in front of amscot ? I am furious and thinking really seriously about never doing business there ever again.

Love the free money orders! They are for the most part very friendly and quick enough for me! Hours are great!

The woman who works there is rude. She took my license and then went over and clocked out and left. Leaving my license on the other side of the counter with me waiting in the middle of my transaction.

FREE MONEY ORDERS! They now except utility payments, child support payments, and they are famously known for their paid a cash advances in for somebody who is in the credit repair industry. I must say that their rates actually so much lower when it comes to interest, and if you took one of those ridiculous loans, are you see on Credit Karma?. lol and Liz were so nice and I’m glad I went there to pay the utility bill :-)

I had a terrible experience today at this location. The employee helping me named Kim was extremely rude, impatient, and unhelpful. She was losing her temper over little things. She was rude t9 coworkers and customers alike. She also was very abrasive and rude when my daughter had a check to cash. I usually have a good experience here but not today.

Friendly but every time I come in only one agent is working while the other older heavyset one just sits in the back watching all the action but not participating
