The advisor that I spoke with today is condescending and does not know what she is doing. She did not even call me to verify information, just calls me and says that my debt to income ratio is too high. I asked how she verified that when she didn’t have my husband’s pay stub and she stammered around. I sent the info to be told again that my ratio is too high. But found out that she wasn’t even using the vehicle I submitted for collateral in the loan process. So again, if you are not verifying with the client ALL of the information then how can you correctly do a loan application?? I currently have a loan there and my payments have never been late!! I dealt with a gentleman on my first loan and he is very professional and meticulous. The manager there is just as rude and condescending as the loan advisor.

Just got off the phone with Jeff after calling twice and waiting for him to call me back yesterday to give me an answer regarding a secured title loan based on a pre-approval soft inquiry offers by Credit Karma and their company. ALL lies. I realize these people operate on how many people they sign up and deny just to remain open. This office alone gives this company a bad name. Unprofessional and unorganized. Thank God I have a salon that is still standing thru this pandemic. I requested a small loan of $3500 to build my credit and I am pleased I didn't sign anything with this high interest low customer service company. They have all my personal info and I pray that my information isn't used again without my permission. STAY AWAY❗
