I am a person of principles, and thought they were disgraceful when you could not even reach them on the phone Corporate levels could not take incoming calls due to mailbox being filled! Shameful!

I came at 12:50 for a cash advance and i am still waitint and its about to be 1:30. Cash advance takes 5 minutes tops . Cust keep coming and they were helping them yet me and my husband waited by a window for 40 minutes. Horrible cust service. Also we started speaking spanish and they all looked at us like we were aliens and rolled their eyes .

I was very pleased with the facility. Unit is the perfect size; easy access; well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. Kristin was a great help.
