Need more staff. Only 2 people working at 6 pm. After work hours. They always have to call headquarters for authorization to receive a child support payment. Today My teller waited over 15 minutes for someone to answer. They can’t receive payment without headquarters authorization. Stupid. Receive payment and let me go. Do what you have to on your own time, not mine.

Excellent service great place to get some money in an emergency

Quick in and out experience for me grabbing a money order. I noticed that its pretty quiet in there between 2-6 pm but they always have staff in there when it does get busy. I always love the Tootsie pops and the rolls they give.

My husband and I have done business with this store for years....the employees are ALWAYS courteous and very kind to us!!! They have smiles on their faces and all act as if they truly enjoy their jobs....Curtis is always so business like, professional and kind. The employees are all so knowledgeable and I think that says a lot about the person(s) responsible for training them! There is not a large turnover in employment at this store so that also says something about management.

So irritated, here it is almost midnight I called like an hour and a half ago and asked if I could print a bus pass off of my phone by sending it to your email. I was told yes, just to be told no when I go there. Never coming back to this location. Now I have to drive TO THE OTHER 24 hour AMSCOT, because guess what!? Y’all do- do this service 😒😒😒😒. 1 star do not recommend, 🗑️🗑️🗑️. Get your stuff together

Money orders not free when you have to use debit card at atm first to buy money order. I’ll use Walmart and pay a bit less.

Didn't even go inside. I was parked outside while waiting for my partner to shop next door. A sketchy, flustered gentleman left your business, approached my car, and knocked on my window asking, "hey, want to make an easy free 20 bucks?". An astounding "no"... By any means if this behavious is encouraged let alone ignored, it's a surefire way to scare people away. This is a long review and as I've been typing it, I've watched him approach 3 other cars. I'm not even doing business here and feel EXTREMELY unsafe.
